Welcome to Mosmar (Mösmar) Glass! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent) to make a purchase.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, shape, or size are normal and not considered defects.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may change without notice.

  • Payment is required at checkout through our secure payment providers.

  • Some items may require a deposit. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.

3. Custom Orders

  • For custom pieces, you’ll receive an estimate with cost and timeline before work begins.

  • Once the deposit is paid, your order will be added to our schedule.

  • We will send photos of the finished piece before the remaining balance is due.

  • The balance must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of damage during shipping.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Items are carefully packaged, but once an order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages outside our control.

  • Shipping times are estimates only.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom orders are final sale unless damaged during shipping.

  • For non-custom items:

    • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

    • If you change your mind, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item. The product must be in original condition, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method in USD.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product images, and website content belong to Mosmar (Mösmar) Glass. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Injuries from misuse or mishandling of products.

  • Carrier delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped.

  • Handmade variations (color, texture, bubbles, shape differences) that occur naturally in glasswork.

  • Any indirect or incidental damages related to use of our Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
